Open Rhinoplasty
Open rhinoplasty is best for more complex reshaping, where the surgeon needs full access and visibility.
A small incision is made on the underside of the nose, between the nostrils, which lets Dr. Martin lift the skin and see the cartilage and bone directly. This gives the most precise control for detailed tip work, straightening a crooked nose, or revision cases. The small scar is well hidden and fades over time.
